Hospital Details:
Dates & Required Availability: Tuesday - Fri provider will work Regular hours - 4 days, Mondays off 8am – 5pm (1hour unpaid lunch).
Night Call on some days - schedule TBD
Weekend Call schedule TBD. Call rotation will include serving as primary and backup to the APPs.
Shift & Call Details: Mon-Fri, 8-5
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days, possible to start sooner if it’s clean file

- Pay Rate
- Bill Rate: (Range Quoted/Previous Client Rates) $675 an hour (Orientation Rate is $510) OT applies after 8 hours per day, Night Call $675 Call Back Rate $695, 24 hour Call $4298 with 4 hours of gratis
- Rate Restrictions:
- Name Clear Process: Name clear in the Vemsta portal (5% VMS fee) Name, NPI, Address, Cell to create profile.
- Sub Process: Guthrie Presentation form and signed background attestation
- Unique/Credentialing Client Requirements: Standard
- Client History- Success and Obstacles: New Client and we just had our first provider accepted.
