About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Health Care in Excelsior, MN, as a HHA/CNA/PCA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional in-home care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients health and well-being.
• Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Personal Care Assistant.
• Experience in providing personal care services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clients needs.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clients needs.

Compensation: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
