HIE Integration Engineer

Duties

We are looking for a temporary Data Extraction Specialist to assist in migrating data from our Intersystems Health Information Exchange (HIE) to the Epic Care Everywhere CCD format and subsequently loading it into Onbase. This remote, short-term role demands proficiency in HIE systems, data extraction, transformation, and familiarity with Epic CCD formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from Intersystems HIE.
• Convert data to Epic CCD format using CCD.XSLT transformations.
• Load data into Onbase ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to meet data integration requirements.
• Document processes for future use.

Skills

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Intersystems HIE systems.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Epic Care Everywhere CCD format.
• Experience with Onbase or similar systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
