    Description

    We are seeking an experienced High-End Residential Foreman to join our team building luxury custom homes in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain exceptional quality, and keep projects moving efficiently.

    The ideal candidate has experience with custom luxury residential construction, is comfortable working alongside the crew when needed, and can represent the company professionally while interacting with homeowners, architects, designers, and high-profile clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead daily field operations on luxury custom residential construction projects.
    • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Work alongside the crew as needed to keep production on schedule.
    • Assist the Superintendent with scheduling, planning, and coordinating daily activities.
    • Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations.
    • Perform daily quality control inspections and address deficiencies immediately.
    • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews have the resources needed to stay productive.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
    • Communicate effectively with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, architects, and homeowners.
    • Help identify and resolve field issues before they impact the project schedule.
    • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
