Description

As an airline high lift truck operator or aircraft loader operator, you''ll be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading cargo, baggage, and other materials onto and off of aircraft using a high lift truck. Must have a valid driver''s license and clean driving record as we will run an MVR. Starting pay $17.00. Weekly pay. Must be able to work weekends as part of schedule.

  • Loading and Unloading: They are responsible for loading and unloading cargo and baggage from aircraft using high lift trucks. This ensures that all items are safely and efficiently transported to and from the aircraft.
  • Positioning and Securing: They position the high lift truck at the aircraft, secure the work platform, and handle the loading and unloading.
  • Compliance and Safety: They comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding driving and positioning the unit at the aircraft. They also ensure safety protocols are followed during operations.
  • Communication: They interact with customer service team members, flight attendants, and other airport operations staff to identify and resolve any complication.
  • Record Keeping: They maintain basic logs and records of their activities.
  • Physical Tasks: They must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
