High School Math Teacher (1.0 FTE)

Secondary Math Teaching position in grades 8-12. This is an appointment for the 2026-2027 school year which could potentially lead to full-time, permanent employment

Qualifications:

• Certified #1400 (Math) by the State of Wisconsin
• Experience in differentiated curriculum, instruction and assessment that meet the needs of all learners
• Ability to create effective and engaging lessons to teach core math content while building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the math team and all staff members
• Student-focused, with the ability to maintain a safe and respectful classroom learning environment while being responsive to student needs and encourage students to observe, question, and investigate.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement a wide range of academically rigorous, engaging instructional strategies while maintaining a strong belief that all students can learn and succeed
• Strong personal attributes to develop positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues and our community
• Interest in fully integrating into the school community by advising, coaching, and supporting school-wide initiatives
• High standards for professional growth and is organized, flexible, and creative
