Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments. This position focuses on full-cycle recruiting support for warehouse operations, managing a large number of open roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of open positions (100+ requisitions) across various warehouse-related roles such as technicians, associates, drivers, supervisors, and administrative staff
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screenings, and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit
- Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination and communication of next steps
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, timelines, and market expectations
- Maintain strong candidate engagement to ensure interest through the offer stage before transitioning to HR
- Track progress against hiring goals, deadlines, and time-to-fill expectations
- Support and participate in recurring hiring events, including job fairs, with responsibilities such as candidate interaction, screening, and on-site interviewing
- Focus recruiting efforts on designated warehouse locations in Texas and Illinois
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-volume recruiting, specifically within warehouse, distribution, or similar operational environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background in fast-paced industries such as technology or logistics is a plus; experience must demonstrate high-volume hourly hiring (non-healthcare, non-corporate focus)
- Prior involvement in organizing or supporting hiring events such as job fairs
- Ability to manage a demanding workload with tight deadlines and performance expectations
- Strong communication skills with a professional and polished approach when interacting with candidates
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a primarily remote setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
