Job Type: Full-time    Work Arrangement: Hybrid    Location: Albany, NY   Pay: Albany: $55–$70/hour  

Lead the highway projects that keep New York moving. Creighton Manning is hiring a Highway Project Manager to lead highway design projects from start to finish. You will own client relationships, manage several projects at once, and mentor a team of project and staff engineers.

What You Will Do 

• Manage multiple highway, traffic signal, and transportation planning projects at once. 

• Serve as the day-to-day client contact and lead project and public meetings. 

• Oversee staffing, schedules, budgets, and project billing. 

• Lead QA/QC reviews of project documents. 

• Coordinate multidiscipline teams and mentor project and staff engineers. 

• Help develop proposals, attend proposal interviews, and represent the firm at conferences. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Bachelors in Engineering (ABET/EAC accredited). 

• 10+ years of highway or transportation engineering experience. 

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; additional experience may substitute. 

• Active member of a professional organization. 

• Occasional after-hours work for deadlines and meetings.
