Job Summary
We are looking for a HiL Validation Engineer with experience in automotive ECU validation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Vector and/or dSPACE tools, test automation, and automotive communication protocols .
Key Responsibilities
Perform HiL testing and validation for automotive systems such as ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, Body, or Safety.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
Work with Vector (CANoe, CANalyzer, VTestStudio) and/or dSPACE (AutomationDesk, ControlDesk) tools.
Develop automation using Python, CAPL, EXAM, ECUTest, or Robot Framework.
Validate ECU functionality and analyze test results.
Ensure requirement traceability and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Automotive HiL Validation.
Strong experience with Vector, dSPACE, ETAS, or NI HiL platforms.
Experience in one or more domains: ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, Active Safety, Passive Safety, or Body Electronics.
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, or FlexRay protocols.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or CAPL scripting.
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience with ECU testing and validation.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ETAS INCA, CarMaker, ASM, or ECUTest.
Knowledge of automotive embedded systems and ECU development.
ISTQB or Vector certification is a plus.
