About the Opportunity
Midwestern IT Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for Entry-Level, Junior-Level, and Mid-Level Business Analyst and Data Analyst positions. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data and generate actionable business insights.
Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support reporting, forecasting, business planning, and decision-making.
Identify process improvements and support business transformation initiatives.
Assist with project coordination and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Freshers and candidates with up to 7 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
