About the Role:
Qualicare is excited to announce that we are hiring caregivers to join our dedicated team in Anaheim, CA. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor client health according to care plans.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience or training in home health care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
