Overview:

Avid Healthcare Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to work at Sacramento County Facilities in Northern California.

Position:

• CA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support healthcare within a correctional facility, assisting with patient care while maintaining security protocols.

Qualifications:

• CA CNA license
• Current CPR certifications
• 2 years plus of experience
• Strong observational skills and experience in high-stress or secure settings are preferred
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively use the nursing process
  
  

*The assignment for this position is in a Correctional Facility.

*2 weekend days/month availability is required. (2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays or Sat/Sun)
*Scheduled days/shifts & location are based on the facility needs
*Both facilities are open seven (7) days a week.
*Your availability is one of the criteria's reviewed for consideration for this assignment
*Your availability is how your schedule is created based on needs of either facility location

*All candidates must be available to work days as specified on availability you submit.
*This position is per diem.
