As a 2nd Shift Material Handler, you’ll be a vital part of the production process, ensuring efficient movement of materials and supporting overall plant operations. Your contribution helps drive the success of our manufacturing team.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
• Moving materials through shakers and screens to support production workflows.
• Performing housekeeping tasks such as scraping, sweeping, and shoveling to maintain a clean work environment.
• Keeping walkways and work areas safe and clear to promote safety and efficiency.
• Communicating equipment issues to maintenance staff to prevent downtime.
• Assisting with small bag line operations, re-stacking pallets, and cleaning as needed.
• Achieving daily quality and quantity production goals to meet operational standards.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• At least 6 months of production or general labor experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work comfortably in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy conditions.
• Physical strength to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
• A safety-conscious attitude and reliability as a team player.
