Job Summary:
Netrush is looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and people-focused Hiring & Training Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts within our warehouse operations. This role will play an important part in ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to support our fast-paced fulfillment environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a high-volume environment, and can balance the needs of candidates, employees, and operations. This person will spend significant time supporting our warehouse teams, building talent pipelines, coordinating hiring events, facilitating onboarding and training, and partnering closely with Operations and Human Resources. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about people and doing the right thing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Support high-volume recruiting for warehouse and fulfillment positions, partnering with Operations to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, community partnerships, staffing agencies, social media, and recruiting events.
Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates.
Manage job postings, pre-employment requirements, recruiting activity, and candidate records while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
Warehouse Onboarding & Training
Coordinate and facilitate new-hire onboarding and ensure employees receive required department-specific training.
Assist with developing and delivering training related to company policies, safety, procedures, attendance, timekeeping, and job responsibilities.
Coordinate training schedules, maintain training materials and records, and ensure required training is completed.
Partner with Operations and HR to identify training needs and support employee development, cross-training, retention, and performance.
Follow up with new hires and managers throughout the onboarding process to ensure employees are supported and prepared for success.
HR & Operations Support
Maintain a visible and approachable HR presence within the warehouse and build strong relationships with employees and leaders.
Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, HR projects, audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee, recruiting, and training records.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee processes.
Perform other HR and operational duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of recruiting, HR, training, warehouse operations, or related experience preferred; warehouse/fulfillment recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with candidates, employees, and leaders at all levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and maintaining a visible presence on the warehouse floor.
Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience coordinating or facilitating employee training and presenting information to groups preferred.
Proficiency with recruiting, HRIS, scheduling, and other technology platforms; UKG experience is a plus.
Experience using social media and digital platforms for recruiting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and learn new systems and processes quickly.
Collaborative, results-oriented approach with a commitment to a positive candidate and employee experience.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, squat, walk, and maneuver throughout warehouse areas for 8–10 hours per day
Ability to safely move throughout a warehouse environment, including stairs and stepladders
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform physical tasks including moving inventory, stocking products, and standing for extended periods of time
Schedule:
The schedule is anticipated to be full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Compensation and Benefits:
$19.00-$24.00/hour depending on experience
