Grossing Supervisor – Up to $55/hr | Monday–Friday

Location: Greater Seattle, WA 
Pay: $30–$55/hour ($62,400–$114,400 annually based on 40 hours/week)

We're hiring an experienced Grossing Supervisor to join a well-established, physician-owned dermatopathology laboratory in the greater Seattle area!

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily grossing operations and coordinate laboratory workflow.

• Supervise, train, and mentor grossing technicians.

• Oversee preparation and processing of dermatologic tissue specimens.

• Maintain specimen accuracy, quality control, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with pathologists to keep laboratory operations running smoothly.

• Assist with hands-on grossing when needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience – required.

• 3+ years of dermatopathology or clinical laboratory experience.

• Experience in grossing or histology required.

• Dermatopathology experience preferred but not mandatory.

• HT/HTL (ASCP) certification preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
