Nova Leap Home Health is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced individuals to join our growing home care team in Acushnet, MA!

We provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

If you have previous caregiving experience and enjoy building meaningful relationships with the people you care for, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed.
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, appointments, and activities.
• Follow individualized care plans while respecting client privacy and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and communicate with office staff.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional or personal caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established care plans.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs.
• Ability to bend, stand, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Commitment to client confidentiality, safety, and dignity.
• Willingness to complete required training and follow company policies.
