Home Care Marketer (Community Liaison / Business Development)

Compensation: $90,000 base plus commission ($100 per start of care)

This role is for an EXPERIENCED home care sales and marketing professional only. You must already be working as a marketer in home care, home health, or hospice and currently generating your own starts of care each month. This is a production hire, not an entry level or trainee position.

A growing Connecticut home care agency is looking for a proven Home Care Marketer to drive new starts of care across the state. We are offering COMPETITIVE PAY with strong commission and great WORK LIFE BALANCE.

This is a full time, field based position building and growing referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, case managers, and senior communities to drive new admissions. You will own your territory and represent the agency in the community.

Qualifications:

• Current, hands-on home care, home health, or hospice marketing or community liaison experience, this is required and not an entry level role
• Proven track record of personally generating consistent starts of care or admissions every month
• Established referral source relationships in Connecticut or the surrounding area
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across your territory

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and case managers
• Generate consistent new starts of care each month
• Represent the agency at community events and with referral partners
