Responsibilities:

• Help to maintain the client's physical & mental well-being
• Provide direct and indirect care to clients
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Safely transfer & ambulate client
• Provide personal hygienic care
• Observe, report, and document client status
• Attend in-services for continuing education
• May perform other duties as assigned'
