We are currently assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist to see patients in the Beverly/Swampscott, MA areas.

Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits in Home Health with a Medicare certified agency.
Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
No on-call or holidays
Every 6th weekend rotation
Excellent pay rate plus IRS Mileage reimbursement
