Home Care Physical Therapist - Independent Contractor

We are looking for:

• Physical Therapists across all boroughs (Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx) and Long Island
• Minimum of 1 year experience pediatric
• Competitive rates - $63 to $75 for 30-minute sessions.

• Must hold current New York State license (PT).
• Verification of certification/registration
• Malpractice and Auto insurance up-to-date from date of engagement.
• Therapists must perform assessments and interventions within state licensure laws and agency policy.
