Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist.
Coverage need for the Walpole/Norwood/Westwood/ Needham MA areas.
Monday-Friday (open to 32 hour work week)
Competitive pay rates plus mileage reimbursement
Contract
Requires 1 year of recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
