CareMax Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Home Care Scheduler to coordinate caregiver schedules and help ensure consistent, high-quality service for our clients.

Position Summary
The Home Care Scheduler is responsible for coordinating client and caregiver schedules, responding to scheduling changes and call-offs, identifying coverage needs, and maintaining accurate scheduling records. This position requires excellent communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm while managing changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and update client and caregiver schedules
• Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs, client cancellations, and schedule changes
• Identify available caregivers and coordinate replacement coverage
• Monitor staffing levels and notify leadership of unresolved shortages or service concerns
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and CareMax leadership
• Maintain complete and accurate scheduling notes and records
• Coordinate closely with the Leadership Team, Operations Team, and other administrative staff
• Protect client and employee confidentiality
• Maintain proficiency in company systems such as WellSky, Zingage, CareAcademy, and communication platforms
• Complete other scheduling-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience in scheduling, staffing, healthcare, home care, or customer service
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous home care scheduling experience
• Experience using WellSky Personal Care or similar scheduling software
• Familiarity with California non-medical home care operations
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required
