Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional weekend work)

What You''ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
• Recommend HVAC systems and comfort solutions that fit their home and budget
• Prepare estimates and explain financing and product options
• Build lasting customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
• Stay organized and manage your appointments and follow-ups

What We''re Looking For

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we''re happy to train motivated individuals
• HVAC, home improvement, or service industry experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
