The role involves delivering pre‑packaged meals from a senior center to approved participants while following assigned routes and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include loading and delivering meals, verifying recipients, submitting daily delivery and incident reports, cleaning delivery containers, assisting volunteers, and accurately reporting time and mileage. The position reports to the Site Manager and/or Director of Care Management and Nutrition and has no supervisory duties.
The job requires adherence to the Vehicle Management Policy, a valid Louisiana driver's license with a registered vehicle, the ability to pass a background check, and the physical ability to perform delivery duties.
