Description
The Austin Sales Representative is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and improve retention. This role builds strong relationships with contracted vendors and providers to ensure high-quality service and care through regular patient interactions.
The Sales Rep also engages with the community to promote services, identify individuals with potential care coordination or case management needs, and support referrals. Working closely with internal teams, this role helps align outreach efforts with organizational goals while monitoring market trends and performance metrics.
This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to improving healthcare access in the Austin area.
Responsibilities:
Meet with patients and families to discuss HCP of Texas home health services.
Act as the liaison for HCP of Texas between our referral sources, patients and their families, and the office.
Submit any required documents to vendors for required credentialing to enter facilities.
Devise a marketing campaign with the goal of increasing client base and generations of referrals.
Plan, Organize, and execute marketing programs.
Trade shows and events to market services.
Attend mandatory company meetings.
Manage individual marketing budget.
Communicate with Intake to verify and confirm clear receipt of referrals.
Review the Intake log throughout the day to accurately follow pending referrals and the admission or non-admit of referrals.
Keep abreast of health industry trends, competition and new opportunities.

Skills and Requirements:
A proven track record in the Home Health industry.
A desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
Ability to persuade referral sources by presenting the benefits of HCP of Texas.
