Assist Chief OperationOfficer with the daily functions of the company.

 Intake/ Scheduleclients with caregivers. 

Assist with the hiringprocess of caregivers and any other staff needed, recruiting, screening,interviewing, orientation, training caregivers.

Responsible for allduties related to service inquiry calls including; taking the initial serviceinquiry calls to schedule in-home assessments, tracking all progress withprospects. Performing the assessments, converting new prospects into clientsand following up with undecided prospects.

Must be familiar withbusiness promotions and sales to help attract more clients. Able to conductmarketing related activities in order to increase clients through participationin community events and organizations, in-person, phone and writtencommunication and managing advertising.

Must be able to workwith sales team and answer questions.
