About the Role:
Grace at Work is looking for a motivated and organized Administrator to join their team in Bedford, IN. We are seeking a highly experienced home health leader who can step into agency operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support management staff. 



Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the home health agency.
• Provide leadership and support to clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure agency goals, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Collaborate with ownership and leadership team to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Medicare-certified home health.
• Prior experience as a Home Health Administrator, Executive Director, or Agency Director.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS Home Health Conditions of Participation.
• Experience leading agencies through Medicare certification, recertification, or state surveys.
• Demonstrated knowledge of QAPI, OASIS, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
