About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Home Health Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our skilled home health agency in Tulsa. This position is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff leadership, quality improvement, financial performance, and coordination with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect the agency's day-to-day operations, staffing, productivity, and service delivery.Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Oklahoma licensing requirements, and agency policies.Maintain survey readiness and oversee audits, corrective action plans, and quality-improvement activities.Partner with the Director of Nursing to monitor patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, hospitalizations, and care quality.Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate agency personnel.Monitor operational expenses, labor costs, billing performance, and other key performance measures.Support referral growth and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners.Provide regular performance and compliance updates to ownership and the governing body.Qualifications and RequirementsCurrent Oklahoma Home Care Administrator Certificate required.Active listing on the Oklahoma Home Care Administrator Registry required.Minimum of one year of home health experience required.Knowledge of Medicare-certified home health operations and Oklahoma regulatory requirements preferred.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience with EMR systems, Google Workspace, and standard business software preferred.Current Oklahoma professional license preferred for clinically trained candidates, such as an RN.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use standard office equipment.Ability to travel locally for agency oversight and community meetings.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
