Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and proper nutrition adherence
- Support clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as required
Requirements:- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or CNA preferred
- HHA certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
