About the Role:APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in Conyers, GA. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to supervising clinical staff
- Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Previous experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered demeanor
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
