Home Health Aide (HHA) – PRN

As a Home Health Aide, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Coverage Area: Defiance and Napoleon, OH.

As a Home Health Aide, you will:

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the patient's plan of care.

• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and skin care.

• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients in their homes.

To qualify for a Home Health Aide position with us, you will need:

• One year of verifiable health aide or healthcare experience within the past two years.

• STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.

• Attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

• Reliable transportation to and from patient care locations.
