Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility exercises
• Perform basic health care tasks such as monitoring vital signs and administering prescribed medications
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Help with light housekeeping and domestic tasks to maintain a safe environment
• Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient care records and communicate patient condition

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate required
• Proven experience in home health care with ability to monitor vital signs and collect specimens

• Familiarity with nutrition and personal hygiene standards
