Key Job Responsibilities
As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you will help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes by:
- Maintaining respectful, professional, and compassionate interactions
- Preparing meals according to clients’ needs
- Providing companionship and social engagement
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Supporting clients with everyday tasks while promoting independence
- Accompanying clients to grocery stores and doctor appointments
Qualifications
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to travel to client homes within the designated service area
- Successfully pass a background check
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
