Home Health Aide

We're hiring an at-home caregiver to offer essential care and support to clients in their homes. Your role focuses on improving their well-being and quality of life.

Duties:

- Assist with daily living activities like bathing and dressing

- Monitor and record vital signs

- Offer companionship and emotional support

- Administer medications as needed

- Ensure a clean, safe living environment

- Follow all HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Certified PCA, HHA, or CNA required

- CNA-to-HHA one-day transition class available

- 3+ months of past caregiving experience can qualify you as a PCA through our one-day training

- Must be caring, reliable, and meet health requirements

- Must be 18+ with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Essential Functions:

- Address non-medical needs per Care Plan

- Engage in conversation, reading, and activities to keep clients mentally alert

- Maintain a clean, safe home, including light housekeeping and meal prep

- Help with phone calls and errands

- Monitor and report any client condition changes
