About the Role:

ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join their growing team in Tecumseh, MI. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
