Position Overview:Home Health Aides (HHAs) provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive home care to patients.
Provide support and assistance for patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during care.
• Two reference letters
• General physical (within 1 year)
• MMRV lab results
• PPD or QuantiFERON
• Proof of address
• State ID
• Social Security card
• HHA or PCA certificate
