Job Description:

Malden, Melrose & Saugus | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
$95,000–$115,000, based on experience | $10,000 sign-on bonus

Your treatment space might be a kitchen, a hallway, or the stairs a patient needs to climb every day. At Elara Caring, you’ll use what you see in a patient’s home to build a therapy plan that fits their real life.

This role covers Malden, Melrose, Saugus, and nearby communities. You’ll manage your day in the field, spend focused time with each patient, and work alongside a supportive clinical team.

• Weekdays only: No weekends, holidays, or on-call
• One patient at a time: Deliver care tailored to each person’s goals and home environment

Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, and safety in the home. You’ll create and adjust treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, teach patients and caregivers, and coordinate with the wider care team. You’ll also complete timely documentation and guide therapy team members when appropriate.

• A degree from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program
• A current, unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to manage an independent field schedule
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• The ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, including lifting 50–100 lbs.
