We are actively seeking Home Health Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple high-demand markets nationwide. While we currently have over 100 open roles across the organization, the locations listed below represent our priority coverage areas requiring immediate support.

Position Details

• Primary need: Full-time commitment
• Productivity expectation for full time PTs: Approximately 30 visits per week
• Territory coverage: Flexible geographic maps available in most markets
• Employment type: While we are open to full-time, part-time, or 1099 arrangements for the right candidate, our strong preference is for clinicians who can commit to full-time availability. These territories have consistent and demonstrated volume, and the agency is committed to assigning sufficient patients to support a 30-visits work week. In rare cases of short-term fluctuations, referrals and territories are rebalanced to maintain expected productivity. As such, these roles are prioritized for full-time commitment.
