Home Health RN

Pay per visit: Start of Care $120 · Routine skilled nursing visit $65 · Complex wound care (wound VAC, PICC, etc.) $90 · Routine wound care $70. We're looking for PRN registered nurses for home health visits in Fort Worth and the surrounding area. You'll do start-of-care and recertification visits with OASIS assessments, build and update care plans, see patients for skilled nursing visits, provide wound care, teach patients and families, and coordinate with the physician and care team. Flexible, as-needed schedule. OASIS and Kinnser/WellSky experience is preferred.

Required

• Active Texas RN license (or multistate compact)
• Home health visit experience
• OASIS start-of-care and recertification assessments

Preferred

• Kinnser / WellSky EMR
• Wound care, including wound VAC and PICC care
• Case management experience

Schedule: PRN · home visits · paid per visit
Pay: $65–$120 per hour
