Home Health RN - Red Bud, IL

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract in Red Bud, IL, and the surrounding service area.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including OASIS assessments, follow-up visits, wound care, and IV therapy.

Job Details

• Coverage Area: Red Bud, IL service area

• Contract: November 2026 – February 2027

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $53.00–$55.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement between patient visits

• On-Call/Weekend: On-call rotation during the week and on weekends

Responsibilities

·       Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

·       Complete OASIS assessments and required documentation.

·       Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress.

·       Provide wound care and care for patients requiring IV therapy.

·       Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

·       Develop and implement individualized plans of care.

·       Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and disease management.

·       Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

·       Meet weekly productivity expectations of 24 points.

·       Participate in the required on-call rotation.

Requirements

·       Current RN license.

·       Previous home health nursing experience.

·       Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.

·       Experience with OASIS assessments, wound care, and IV therapy.

·       Ability to manage patient visits independently and complete accurate documentation.

·       Reliable transportation for travel throughout the service area.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
