We’re looking for an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our team at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. If you’re competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by earning potential, we want to meet you!
What you'll Do:
Respond to and follow up with internet, phone, and online sales leads
Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and in person
Identify customer needs and recommend new and used vehicles
Schedule and confirm appointments
Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities
What You’ll Need:
Previous vehicle sales experience required
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Must have proven track record of Sales experience.
Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
