Honda Service Advisor

We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to act as the vital link between our clients and our service technicians. In this role, you will be the face of our service department—greeting guests, listening to their vehicle needs, translating technical diagnoses into clear solutions, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. What You Will Do

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and document their service needs accurately.
• Consult with technicians to review vehicle diagnostics, build precise estimates for parts and labor, and explain the required repairs clearly to clients.
• Secure customer authorization for recommended services and manage expectations regarding completion times.
• Coordinate workflow with the garage floor to track vehicle progress and ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver exceptional service by keeping clients updated via phone or text throughout the repair process, explaining invoices, and handling final billing.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a fast-paced retail customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport and explain mechanical terms in plain language.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple repair orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the parts department simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and navigate shop management software.
• Core requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent.
