Hoover - Mobile Service Advisor - Full Time

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Mobile Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. This position has great earning potential and is the perfect fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers over the phone, building rapport quickly, and helping schedule convenient vehicle service appointments.

In this role, the Mobile Service Advisor will make outbound calls to customers to advise them of recommended or needed vehicle service, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for a mobile technician to complete the work at the customer’s home or workplace.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday
Earning Potential: $40,000–$70,000 annually

Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding needed or recommended vehicle service
• Explain available mobile service options in a professional and helpful manner
• Schedule appointments for mobile technicians at the customer’s agreed-upon time and location
• Confirm customer contact information, vehicle details, service needs, and appointment location
• Coordinate with mobile service technicians
• Maintain accurate appointment records and follow dealership processes
• Provide excellent phone-based customer service

Qualifications:

• Pleasant, outgoing personality
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with customers by phone
• Strong communication and appointment-setting skills
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have an unrestricted driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Dependable, organized, and motivated
• Ability to work independently and follow up consistently
