    Job Title: Hospice - PRN - Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)
    Location: Mesquite, & Forney, Texas

You will work with talented professionals who have a passion for our community and quality patient care! Our Hospice clinicians work with physicians to provide in-home rehabilitation to our patients. Together, we will help our patients achieve the outlined goals and milestones on their patient care plan.
     
    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
    • Assist with end-of-life care
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

    Requirements:

    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
    • Experience working in hospice care
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
