Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Howell, MI Employment Type: Full-Time Bonus: Eligible for a $10,000 First-Year Success Bonus
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- 2+ years of Hospice experience
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR systems
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan (MI)
- Valid RN Compact License
- ANY of the following active certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
- Comfortable with required travel (approximately 20% of the workday driving)
Overview
We are hiring a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes throughout the Howell, MI area. This position includes a $10,000 first-year success bonus to reward key milestones achieved during your first year.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive assessments, symptom management, and individualized end‑of‑life care planning

RN Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
- Ability to spend ~20% of the day driving to/from patient locations
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet critical charting deadlines
- Comfort using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
