Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate, and results-driven Hospice Sales Executive to grow referrals throughout the San Jose market. The ideal candidate will be a local healthcare sales professional with established referral relationships and a proven, verifiable record of success in hospice or home health sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs and services throughout the assigned territory.
  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, social workers, and other referral partners.
  

• Identify and develop new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.
  

• Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility.
  

• Consistently meet or exceed referral, admission, and revenue goals.
  

• Track sales activity, referral relationships, and follow-up efforts using contact-management or CRM software.
  

• Represent the organization professionally at meetings, networking events, and community functions.
  

• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support a smooth referral and admission process.
  

Qualifications

• At least two years of successful hospice sales experience is required.
  

• Must live locally and have established referral relationships in the San Jose market.
  

• Proven and verifiable history of generating referrals and achieving sales goals.
  

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  

• Experience using contact-management or CRM software.
  

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory.
  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  

• Stable work history with documented performance.
