Hospital Admissions Representative - Surgery/Pain (FT)

We’re seeking a full-time Hospital Admissions Representative for our Surgery & Pain areas to work Mondays-Fridays from 5am-2pm.

Our Admissions Reps use whiteboard/dashboard/ER Express and or phone for notification of patient arrival/status.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing duties
• Greeting and registering patients
• Pre-registration
• Scheduling appointments
• Insurance Verifications
• Collecting and posting copays and deductibles
• Tracking visits and authorizations
• Preparing admissions paperwork
• Admitting patients

 Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical Field: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
