Responsibilities
Review and verify medication orders in a fully electronic health record
Provide clinical dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring (e.g., antibiotics, anticoagulation)
Support safe and efficient medication use across inpatient units and ED
Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians
Serve as a clinical resource for providers and nursing staff
Schedule
Scheduling is flexible and mutually coordinated
Qualifications
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
