Job Description
As a Hospitalist Medical Director with USACS, youll be responsible for managing hospitalist medicine services by collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. As a leader for both the hospital and US Acute Care Solutions, you will influence broad company decisions and help facilitate the development of new leaders.

Career Details
Oversee hospitalist service operations
Supervise HM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
Represent the staff in the community and within the hospital
This position will oversee Ascension St. John Broken Arrow, Owasso, and Sapulpa

Average Daily Encounters: 16
Staffing Model:
24 hours of physician coverage
12 hours of APP coverage
EMR: Cerner
Dedicated nocturnist
Work collaboratively with the Integrated Acute Care team (emergency, critical care, and hospital medicine service lines also managed by USACS)
The position may require local travel to cover nearby sites; mileage will be reimbursed
Cancer Program Accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons
Offers a wide range of minimally invasive procedures using robotic-assisted technology, imaging, and lab tests
Numerous primary care and specialty care clinics are available in adjoining medical office building
