Job Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Hospitality Attendant to assist with catering operations and meeting room setups in a brand new, sustainably-designed office building. In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring seamless food and beverage service for meetings and events, maintaining conference rooms and pantries. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests
• Set up, maintain, and clean up catered meals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, beautiful presentation, and attention to detail.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable of all menu items and proper mise to accompany each dish
• Prepare and organize conference rooms as well as other workplace hospitality venues
• Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of the workplace hospitality venues
• Collaborate with culinary, facilities, and IT teams to ensure meetings and events are setup for success and run smoothly
• Maintain an inventory of catering and conference room supplies, restocking as needed.
• Restock and maintain workplace pantries, ensuring cleanliness and availability of refreshments and supplies

What We Need From You:

• An eagerness to continue to learn and grow
• A strong hospitality mindset with great attention to detail
• Experience in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction as needed
• Available to work 6am to 7pm, Monday through Friday with flexibility to occasionally work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
